1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide directly: account details, payment information processed through our PCI-compliant payment partners, and the fan conversation examples you submit to train your agent.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to operate, maintain, and improve your FansAgent service. We never sell your data. We never train shared AI models on your private conversations.

3. Encryption

All conversations and credentials are encrypted end-to-end. Account passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Platform credentials use envelope encryption with rotating keys.

4. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You may request an export of your data, deletion of your account, or correction of inaccurate data at any time by emailing info@fansagent.ai. We respond within 30 days.

5. Data Retention

We retain training data only as long as your subscription is active. Within 30 days of account closure all conversation training data is permanently deleted.

6. Third Parties

We use a minimal set of vendors (hosting, payments, transactional email). None receive your fan conversation content. We do not share data with advertising networks.
