Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using FansAgent you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and the legal owner of the creator accounts you connect. You must comply with the terms of every platform we interact with on your behalf.

3. Free Trial & Billing

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, billing is monthly and recurs automatically. You may cancel at any time with no fee.

4. Founders Program

The Founders Program is limited to 15 spots. Founder pricing is locked for the duration of an uninterrupted subscription. Cancellation forfeits the locked price.

5. Acceptable Use

You will not use FansAgent for illegal content, harassment, impersonation of real third parties, or any activity that violates the terms of the platforms we operate within.

6. Limitation of Liability

FansAgent is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or platform actions taken against your accounts. Aggregate liability is limited to the last 3 months of fees paid.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend service for violation of these terms. Upon termination, conversation training data is deleted within 30 days.
